What to Expect
Each session is informal and driven entirely by what customers bring. That can look like:
- A walkthrough of a feature you've seen but never used
- An answer to a workflow question specific to your shop
- A look at how another customer is handling a similar process
- Direct feedback to the team on what's working and what isn't
There's no fixed agenda. The team shows up ready to work through whatever the room raises.
Who Can Join
Office Hours are reserved for current Smart 145 customers, with time set aside specifically for those already running their operations on the platform.
When and Where
Free for all customers. Sessions run live on Wednesdays, every other week.
How to Join
Keep an eye on the Smart 145 web app. Before each session, you'll receive a notification with the Zoom link and any topics already scheduled.
